Don't do it wrong or the Irish get very angry.
Also don't drink it until it is completely black
or you will get very strange looks.

Our new friend Mary, Monica, Mieke, Piere & Alex
at the second pub on the awesome pub crawl.

Cathedral
Piere, Mon, our new friend from Chicago, me, & our other new French surgeon friend who bought us a Papa John's Pizza. By the way the garlic sauce in Dublin is garlic mayo, very disappointing.

Piere, me, Alex, & our new friend Mary biting Alex's nipple,
we have no idea why,
all we know is he had bite marks in the morning...

The Irish Coffee was really hot,
luckily Piere kept his Starbucks coffee holder.

We took a picture with a Leprechaun!
Hope we have good luck.

Trinity College

Streets of Dublin

The two Europeans were so excited to go to Starbucks,
they are not use to having five on one block like us Americans.

Burger King! Monica & Piere went around all of
Dublin taking pictures with people in their Burger King Crowns,
which they had to beg to get.

Barnacles our first hostel had its own pub crawl.

Felt like I was back in Corvallis at the Peacock,
I wish I could go back to 1$ beers.

Are you sure?

Another one of Dublin's beautiful cathedrals.

Mummified cat in mouse

cool street art

Huge organ

Group photo!

cute botique

Trinity College

It takes up to 7 years for Jameson to mature in the barrel,
over half of it evaporates, thats why Jameson is so expensive.
I learned so much on the tour.

3 man

Loved playing games in our hostel kitchen, so much fun!

They even have an American Flag!

The crazy Irish guy, at least he let me where his hat.

Take me to the Candy Shop, let me lick the lolly pop.

We made up some crazy songs & dances in our hostel.

Mon in front of her sign.

protesters? I feel like I am back in Portland.

The boys loved Guiness,
even at 6am at the airport on our way home.

Jameson Distillary

Pretty flowers

taking pictures with the security guards.
All the fast food places have security guards?

?

Monica & I's candles in the cathedral

taking pictures with anohter security guard..

I had the giggles the whole trip

Like I mentioned ealier Monica & Piere kept taking pictures
with people in their Burger King Crowns.. they went into
a very fancy hotel and wanted to take a picture withthe doorman the only
problem was there was nobody totake the picture. Monica solved
that problem by going into a party that was put on at the hotel and asked
some lady if she would come into the lobby
to take a picture of them. All while wearing the crown..

I love Dublin!

Part of the Guiness Storehouse Tour, you
got to poor your own pint of Guiness!
Mine was the best of course..

We loved playing games.

In one of Dublin's thousands of pubs.

Back in the day making Jameson.
Halling the bags heavy of seed up four flights of stairs.

Train ride on the way to Oslo, complimentary eye cover,
blanket, & ear plugs thats what I am taking about.

Our plane left from Dublin left at 8am
which means with Ryan Air they close the gates at 7am,
still have to be at the airport 2 hourse early,
had to leave our hostel at 4am and take a 30min bus to the airport,
3 hour flight to Oslo, 3 hour wait in the airport for our train, 1
hour train to Oslo Central Station, 5 hour train ride back to Kristiansand.
Total travel time=16 hours

We all 5 shared the same shampoo/soap for 5 days.

Needle Statue

Christ Church Cathedral

Waterfall in the Guiness Storehouse.
For all I know it could have been a leak in the roof.
I have never seen it rain so hard as it did the last day we were
in Dublin nd I live in Portland, OR! Two people died and hundreds
were stranded in after torrential rain closed roads and rail lines,
left shops and homes under water and
led to Dublin being put on an emergency footing.
More than one month's rain fell on Dublin in 24 hours,
causing rivers to break their banks and flooding the country's largest shopping centre.

Temple Bar District, where we stayed the first two nights.
Temple Bar District is probably the most touristy
part of Dublin, but I loved it!

I couldn't stop laughing so I had to put my hat over my face.

First hostel had the place to ourselves!

TK Max haha no more TJ's I guess..

Delicous lunch, I had the special, Lasane. They had a lot of lasane in Dublin,
I was surprised but it was yummy.

Jameson Distillary.
Tour Guide: The old fashion way to catch mice
in the barley shed was to have a cat.
This one did such a good job they stuffed him and
that's truely him here today.
Amanda's thoughts: I don't know if he is joking or not.

Alex ate so much lamb on the trip,
I decided to stick a sticker on his back that said,
"I love Irish Sheep!" No he didn't know about it.
Yes it was on there for hours.
